Justin Gross

Justin Gross is a Boise based real estate professional who brings an unusually broad perspective to helping clients buy and sell homes in the Treasure Valley. Having lived in Florida, California, Toronto, and his home state of Michigan, Justin knows firsthand what it takes to relocate, find your footing in a new place, and build a life somewhere new. That experience shapes how he works with every client.

Justin’s path to real estate is anything but typical. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard, earned his degree from Columbia College in three years, and went on to build a career in supply chain, logistics, and procurement. Those years sharpened a detail oriented, analytical mindset that now comes through in every transaction. His time with the State of Idaho’s Office of Administration deepened his connection to the Treasure Valley and ultimately pointed him toward residential real estate, where he found the right fit.

He is now part of Mikowski Real Estate at Silvercreek Realty Group, where he is known for his honesty, his work ethic, and his ability to make a complex process feel manageable.

Outside of work, Justin has spent more than a decade coaching youth soccer, baseball, and flag football, a commitment that reflects how seriously he takes showing up for the people around him. Both of his kids now attend Boise State, and he is a devoted Broncos fan who genuinely enjoys game days with his family. He lives in Boise’s North End with his wife and their two dogs and has a deep appreciation for everything this city has to offer.
