Originally from Illinois, Kyle’s early years were spent on farms and in forestry work before serving his community for over a decade as a Police Officer in California and Idaho. His tenure included specialized assignments on K9 and SWAT teams, and later as an Officer with the Meridian Police Department (Idaho), where he earned the Idaho Medal of Honor for bravery and service, following a critical incident while wounded in the line of duty.
After years in law enforcement, Kyle shifted his focus toward helping families and investors achieve their real estate goals. In 2021, he and his wife Lauren founded Mikowski Real Estate, a top-producing team at Silvercreek Realty Group known for precision, professionalism, and next-level client service.
As a Zillow Premier Agent and relocation expert, Kyle leverages data, communication, and negotiation skills to ensure every transaction runs smoothly. Beyond helping clients buy and sell homes, he also is a partner in investing in rental properties nationwide — bringing a deep understanding of both the residential and investment sides of real estate.
